Zach Kunesh brings extensive expertise in finance leadership for small and mid-market companies, specializing in turnarounds, growth strategies, and operational transformations. Since graduating from the University of North Dakota, he has experience leading accounting teams to streamline processes, implement systems, and deliver accurate financial reporting. Prior to joining Excel Engineering, Zach managed Finance, IT, and HR functions for a private equity backed company; cutting costs and boosting analytics.  Zach is passionate about developing teams and scalable processes, through the spirit of partnership.
