Operating out of Amarillo, Texas, Blake Freeze started with Excel Engineering in May 2025, and since then has proven to be an invaluable asset as he oversees all our construction services business. With thirteen years work with Xcel Energy, working as a Substation Construction Operations Manager. He is familiar with all aspects of Utility Construction, and holds a Journeyman Substation Electrician License. He has already laid the groundwork to lead this sector of our business, allowing for us to continue to grow well into the future. Blake is a Blue Lodge Master Mason and a member of The Scottish Rite. Outside of work he enjoys Rockcrawling, and spending time with his son and his French Bulldogs.
